Application

Massage: Apply a dab of toothpaste on the toothbrush. Place the bristles on the irritated gums and make circular movements with gentle pressure for 10 seconds.

Clean: Brush the outer and then the inner surfaces of the gums towards the tooth. Finish with the surfaces that chew down to the bottom of the molars. Light to moderate pressure. Brush for 3 minutes.

Polishing: Place the brush on the enamel of your teeth and perform dynamic circular motions using gentle pressure for 60 seconds.
